What is the MPPI-18?
MPPI stands for Multidimensional Personality Performance Inventory. The MPPI-18 is a psychometric personality assessment that makes the personal strengths of your employees visible and, therefore, usable. This means qualifications in the area of personality are also quantifiable, i.e., measurable in numerical terms. This allows you to compare candidates with one another. As a result, you can specifically incorporate personality into both the selection and the later development of your employees.
The MPPI-18 meets the high standards of personnel diagnostics and offers you significantly more opportunities in diagnostics compared to many other methods.
The MPPI-18 assessment takes approximately 30 minutes, is conducted online, and can be completed flexibly in terms of time and location.
What questions does the MPPI-18 answer?
Does the personality of your employees match the tasks?
What strengths do your employees have?
Where do your candidates have development potential?
What are the real driving forces of your employees (intrinsic motivation)?
In which environment and with which people can your employees work most successfully?
What framework conditions do your employees need?
What are their personal goals? And how well do these align with the position and the company culture?
What is the benefit for your company?
You can compare the personality traits of your employees to find out which one is better suited.
Your recruiting of employees focuses on their potential and is independent of sympathies and personal influencing factors.
You receive a precise forecast of the development opportunities and potential of your employees.
You can specifically develop and promote your employees according to their personality traits and potential.
What is the benefit for your employees?
Your employees receive a differentiated analysis, including a self-image vs. external feedback comparison, and individual feedback on their own performance (strengths and development areas).
Your employees' performance is valued and they are given targeted support in their personal development. This increases credibility.
Your employees are motivated to achieve their goals independently and to work on areas for development.
Personnel development measures are lived and implemented in a practice-oriented manner.
